Get ready for the second edition of international Collegiate Shag festival –Shag on Fire. 3 days of workshops and 4 nights of parties (3 in Krakow and 1 in the Wieliczka Salt Mine).
International teachers, parties in beautiful ballrooms with live music, competitions - all these things you can experience between 28 September and 1nd October 2017.

Shag on Fire is an event run by Arkadiusz Kłapa, Magdalena Kaszuba-Kłapa, Krystian Krzowski and Anna Gruszkowska from Krakow’s KMiTa Swing Team.
Swing Culture, Music and Dance Section KMiTa Swing is a non-profit organisation which operates under patronage of the Railway Culture Association in Krakow. KMiTa’s vision is to promote swing culture, music and dances in Poland, by organizing various events such as festivals, workshops and regular dancing lessons. One of the major projects run by KMiTa Swing is the Dragon Swing - international Lindy Hop festival, which takes place in November in Krakow. Other major recurrent projects undertaken by us are: Lindy on Track – spring swing festival with main attraction- vintage train ride from Krakow to Zakopane; Lindy Hop Non Stop - summer swing festival organized in cooperation with Piwnica Pod Baranami and Krakow Lindy Invasion - three recurring dance weekends with workshops and parties in January, February and March; Rock the Balboa-spring balboa festival; Let it Swing–swing camp organized in December in KrynicaZdrój. We are also arranging regular dance courses and swing parties.
